A reminder to be grateful for what I have, sometimes pull me back from being frustrated at life, to appreciating what I’ve got right now.
Simply by giving thanks, you will start to feel this humbling effects flowing within you. Try it out and feel it for yourself.
Before getting out of bed, give thanks for the gift of life, a new day to explore & learn, the good food you have to eat, nice clothes to wear, lungs to breathe, eyes to read and etc.
Traveling on a bus to class/work? Be grateful that there are classes/jobs available for you to go to and even a bus to bring you there.
Find a reason to feel grateful for. Even Good friends, whom you’re lucky enough to have met and are still connecting with, are a reason as well!
Try to stepping out to experience the peace and nature- and give thanks for it. Amazing how we take so many things in life for granted huh?
How can I be so sure that you do as well? Hey- you being able to have access to my site is a sign of that possibility 😛
Surround yourself with positive people. Make up your mind to be the positive force in this world. Offer a smile to everyone you come in contact with even if they don’t return it.
Give it a try for at least today and let me know how it feels 🙂
