Anyway, who’s up to trying the 3 Gratitude Challenge? This challenge helps to train your brain to be more positive and hence, able to appreciate life better and be happier!
The idea is simple- post something you are grateful for in a day, 3 times everyday for the next 30 days. Once in morning, afternoon and night.
It’s said that for a new habit to be set in place, we’ll need about 2-3 months of repeated exercise of the desired habit. To keep each other accountable, I will start this challenge in my next post. If you want, you can join me via comment in my post OR-
