How to be happier at work?

If you are considering on whether to watch the video or not? Trust me, just do it. You won’t regret watching this 😀

Anyway, who’s up to trying the 3 Gratitude Challenge? This challenge helps to train your brain to be more positive and hence, able to appreciate life better and be happier!

The idea is simple- post something you are grateful for in a day, 3 times everyday for the next 30 days. Once in morning, afternoon and night.

It’s said that for a new habit to be set in place, we’ll need about 2-3 months of repeated exercise of the desired habit. To keep each other accountable, I will start this challenge in my next post. If you want, you can join me via comment in my post OR-

Simply start a new challenge on your own blog / Reblog to pull your fellow readers along for the ride towards positivity! Remember to tag it with “3 Gratitudes Challenge”!

If you do, I’d recommend linking the post back to this post as well to let everyone who’s doing this know that there’s a lot more people taking on the challenge to be more positive!

Lets all work towards becoming happier and then change the world for the better together 😀

Your pal,
Benjamin

P.S. I will be linking my next post (when I start the challenge) back to this post.

    1. Niceee- it’s never easy keeping a diary hahaha I know cause I’ve tried but could never be disciplined enough to write for long!

You’ve been writing one for how long now? Any particular reason / event which inspired you to do it in the first place?

      1. Yeh it’s really not easy at all….I started one over 6 years ago and just couldn’t keep up so now I just write from time to time. No nothing inspired me, I think it was a form of catharsis but I find writing my poetry more therapeutic 🙂

    2. Hey Lis!

I managed to skim through your blog and just wanna say you got a nice blog going 🙂

Do keep in mind to complete your “About” page asap though!!

What I would always tell bloggers who don’t or do not even have one- is that it is usually the first page viewers go to.

If it is incomplete, it might reduce the engagement level of a visitor to your blog so take note of that eh? There are some other stuff too but I gtg now so perhaps I’ll share again next time XD

      Talk to you again soon!

      Your pal,
      Benjamin
