3 Gratitudes Challenge: Day 8 (Afternoon)

Grateful Day 8 – Afternoon

I am grateful for my body’s structure that I’m able to workout and carry weights.

I have asthma so usually, what I’ve heard anyway, people with asthma tend to not exercise and hence is unfit.

Proud to say I do exercise and am kinda fit 🙂

Will update everyone on the streaming session soon! Gotta test everything out first before th actual run 😀
