Grateful Day 15 – Afternoon
I am grateful for my workout dumbbells and bench! If you plan to start working out or having a home gym? Seriously, 2 dumbbells and some weights are all you’ll need lol!
I did not have a bench till years ago when my dad said he’d buy me one and did XD
The bench IS useful but in my experience, it’s not a must-have. After all, I did workout without it for years before getting it 🙂
